CORONAVIRUS, COVID-19 Level 1 update.
We want to remind you that Paul Kay Dental are continuing to remain vigilant in order to keep a safe environment for our patients and staff free of Covid-19. If you are unwell, we ask that you please stay at home and phone reception for guidance.
When phoning or presenting to the reception, you will be screened with the following questions.
Do you have:
A sore throat, cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose, sneezing, loss of smell – with or without a fever?
Do you have a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19?
Are you waiting for a COVID-19 test or the results from a test?
Have you had any contact with a probable or a confirmed case of Covid-19?
Have you returned from overseas or had contact with someone who has in the last 14 days?
Have you had close contact with other people in the last 14 days who are probable or confirmed to have COVID-19?
If you answer yes to any of the above questions your appointment will be deferred to a later date, when you are symptoms free and return a negative test result.
